Pros: You get to dive into some pretty complex HVAC systems, which is great for learning. It's cool working on actual indoor air quality projects that make a difference. The team in the Scottsville, KY office is generally supportive and helpful.
Cons: Leadership can sometimes feel a bit distant from the actual engineering work. It's tough when decisions about project direction aren't always clear to us HVAC Design Engineers. There's definitely room for better communication from the top.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving transparent communication with the engineering teams and provide clearer project roadmaps. It would really help us HVAC Design Engineers feel more supported and efficient.
