Pros: Working at this EdTech company as a Content Developer has been great for my professional growth. I've learned so much working on diverse language learning projects. Cons: Promotion paths aren't always super clear, which can make career advancement feel slow. Also, coordinating across global teams sometimes takes extra effort due to time zone differences.
