Pros: As a Research Analyst, the supportive team and collaborative environment are fantastic for the market research industry. I've learned so much, especially with our hybrid work setup aiding work-life balance. The company culture is genuinely friendly, and colleagues are always ready to help.
Cons: Career progression can be a bit slow, with promotions not happening as quickly as I'd like. Also, communication around long-term project planning could be clearer from leadership.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication regarding career pathing and long-term project strategies to help employees understand growth opportunities better.

Pros: I've enjoyed the supportive team and great learning opportunities as a Research Analyst. The market research industry work is engaging, and the company truly promotes professional development. Work flexibility helps maintain a solid work-life balance.
Cons: Promotion paths can sometimes feel slow and less transparent. Be ready for occasional, intense workloads when project deadlines approach, which can impact daily rhythm.
Advice to Management: Focus on making the promotion criteria clearer and communicate development paths more proactively. Also, ensure resources are adequate during peak project periods to help manage workload better.

Pros: As a Research Analyst, the remote work flexibility here is pretty solid. I can pretty much set my own hours most days and work from home, which honestly makes a huge difference for life outside work. It's a decent setup for hybrid roles too.
Cons: But it's not always as flexible as it seems when market research deadlines hit hard. Sometimes the project workload means you're still logging long hours, which kinda negates the 'flexibility'. There's not always great clarity on expectations either.
Advice to Management: Try to manage project scope better to ensure remote employees truly benefit from the work flexibility without constantly feeling burnt out by tight deadlines. More clear communication on expectations would help.
