Pros: I really liked the technical challenges. As a Network Engineer, I got to work on some cool new networking solutions. The team itself is generally pretty supportive and smart. We also had decent benefits for a mid-sized corporate company.
Cons: The company culture in the Austin, TX office can feel a bit cliquey. It's tough to break into some groups. There's not a lot of effort put into team building for hybrid work teams. Sometimes, it feels less inclusive than it should.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more inclusive social events. Focus on team-building across all teams, especially for hybrid employees. Make sure everyone feels welcome.
