Decent job security for BPO beginners
Pros: For Customer Service Representative roles here, there's always a need for people. That means hours are pretty consistent, which helps with job security. It's a stable entry-level BPO option in the Philippines.
Cons: It's a really big call center, so project changes can sometimes affect teams. While the job security is good, career growth isn't always fast. You'll need to really push for promotions if you want to move up quickly.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more clear paths for career growth, especially for those in long-term customer support roles. Invest more in upskilling programs to retain talent.
