Pros: The work-from-home flexibility is awesome, definitely a huge plus for my work-life balance. Training for new Patient Advocates is thorough, so you feel ready to handle calls. It's a stable job in the telehealth industry.
Cons: Career growth is really tough here. There aren't many clear paths to advance, especially for us remote employees. I've seen very few internal postings for senior Patient Advocate roles, which is frustrating if you're looking for more responsibility.
Advice to Management: Please create clearer career development plans for remote staff. Offering more internal opportunities for Patient Advocates to advance would really boost morale and retention.

Pros: Being fully remote from Texas is a huge perk for work-life balance, especially as a Clinical Care Coordinator. I don't have a commute, which helps me manage my personal life. The WFH setup for healthcare services is generally pretty solid.
Cons: Sometimes, the patient engagement call volume makes it tough to finish right on time. For these Clinical Care Coordinator roles, shifts can change with little notice, which really messes up personal plans. There isn't much flexibility if you need to swap a shift last minute.
Advice to Management: Try to be more predictable with shift schedules for patient engagement teams. Giving more notice for changes would really help employees plan their lives outside of work.

Pros: I really appreciate the remote work arrangement for Health Advocate roles here. It makes balancing personal life way easier, especially for a corporate healthcare support company. The initial training and onboarding were also pretty solid, all done WFH too.
Cons: Actual flexibility once your shift is set? Not so much. Swapping shifts or adjusting hours for personal appointments is super tough and often denied. This rigid schedule can make things hard in a busy contact center environment.
Advice to Management: Please try to build in more options for shift flexibility or internal swaps for health advocates. Life happens, and it would really help with morale and reduce burnout in these remote roles.
