Pros: The team is great, everyone's super collaborative. You learn a ton really fast working on complex IT solutions. There's also decent pay for an entry-level Software Engineer.
Cons: Work-life balance is definitely a struggle, especially with constant project deadlines. It's hard to log off at 5 PM when you're expected to deliver, and the hybrid work model often feels like "always on." Expect many 50-60 hour weeks.
Advice to Management: Management needs to set clearer boundaries for project scope and delivery expectations. Help teams actually switch off after typical work hours and respect the hybrid work model by not expecting constant availability.
