Culture is okay, but it's a grind

Pros: My team at the Manila office is solid, and there's good camaraderie. You do learn a lot about the automotive industry and vehicle sales if you're willing to put in the time.
Cons: As a Sales Executive, the work-life balance just isn't there. You're working long hours, usually six days a week, often including weekends for this large corporate group. It's tough to make plans outside of work.
