Culture is okay, sometimes a bit tough
Pros: I liked the teams I worked with, especially in E-commerce Operations. Folks are generally helpful and there's a good hybrid work setup. It's a solid place to learn the ins and outs of the e-commerce industry.
Cons: Company culture can feel a bit cliquey. There's not much effort to really build a united team feeling across departments. Sometimes it felt like a big corporate environment without the small team vibe.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more cross-departmental interaction and team-building activities. It would help break down silos and improve overall morale for the E2E eCommerce teams.

Logistics Coordinator

Okay for entry-level, slow career path
Pros: You learn a lot about the daily operations of an online grocery platform. It's a solid place to get your foot in the door in eCommerce logistics if you're new. The team in the Manila office is generally supportive, which is a big plus.
Cons: Career growth is really tough here, especially as a Logistics Coordinator. There aren't many clear promotion paths or opportunities to move up the ladder. You're kinda stuck doing the same thing unless you actively look for new roles yourself.
Advice to Management: Invest more in employee development and create clear advancement roadmaps. Give people a reason to stay and grow internally instead of having to leave for better roles.
