Pros: I've really enjoyed my time as a Software Engineer at Jellyvision. The engineering teams are incredibly collaborative, and I've learned a lot working on their AI-powered benefits communication platform, ALEX. They really value a good work-life balance, which is huge in the tech industry, and the benefits package is solid. Plus, the hybrid work model in Chicago gives us flexibility.
Cons: While there are many positives, I'd say career progression for individual contributors could be clearer. Sometimes it feels like promotions take a while, and internal processes for new initiatives can be a bit slow, especially for an HR tech company that should be agile. Just minor things that could improve overall.
