Culture is okay, but needs work
Pros: The team is generally super friendly, which makes the WFH environment less isolating. As a Recruitment Coordinator, I appreciated the casual daily stand-ups that kept us connected and focused on remote hiring goals. It's a pretty supportive group for a virtual employment company.
Cons: The company culture sometimes feels a bit distant, even with all the video calls. There's not much structured team-building beyond work, so it's tough to build deeper connections. Communication can be a challenge across different time zones for virtual staffing roles.
Advice to Management: Invest in more intentional virtual team-building activities to bridge the distance. Improve clarity on communication protocols for remote teams.

Solid Remote Work, But Hours Can Fluctuate
Pros: The biggest pro is definitely the work flexibility. Being fully remote means I could WFH and set my own schedule for many tasks. It's great for folks who need that autonomy, especially for virtual employment agency work.
Cons: While it's flexible, as a Virtual Recruiter, the hours weren't always consistent. Some weeks I was swamped with talent acquisition, others were really slow. It made planning my personal life a bit tough. Sometimes it felt like too much flexibility.
Advice to Management: Try to stabilize the workload for Virtual Recruiters. Better forecasting or a more consistent base could help with job security and overall satisfaction. Clearer expectations around fluctuating hours would also be good.

WFH is Decent, but Boundary Setting is Key
Pros: Being able to work remote from home is a game changer for my personal life. As a Recruiting Coordinator, I can manage my own schedule for appointments. It's super helpful to skip the daily commute and focus on tasks directly. This virtual staffing model has its perks.
Cons: The work-life balance can get tough, especially when client needs ramp up. There's pressure to hit metrics, which means hours can easily stretch past 40. It's easy for work to bleed into evenings in the recruitment industry if you don't set strict boundaries.
Advice to Management: Encourage teams to truly disconnect after core hours. Maybe provide resources on setting boundaries for remote employees.
