Great Place for Tech Talent and Learning
Pros: I've really enjoyed my time as a Software Developer. The teams are collaborative, and I've learned so much. There's a strong emphasis on professional development, which is great for career growth in the tech industry. We work on cutting-edge features for our digital products. The hybrid work model offers good flexibility.
Cons: Sometimes, the project approval process can be a bit slow, occasionally impacting timelines. Communication could also be more streamlined across different departments.
Advice to Management: Focus on optimizing internal communication channels and reviewing project approval workflows to boost efficiency.

WFH is okay, but don't expect much else
Pros: The remote work policy for my Game Designer role was pretty solid. I could usually work from home a few days a week, which helped a lot with my commute in San Francisco. It's good that they offer some WFH options for this big tech company.
Cons: Beyond WFH, there isn't much flexibility at all. Forget about adjusted hours or project-based sprints for game development. It's a strict 9-to-5 culture, which can be tough when you need creative space.
Advice to Management: Consider more flexible hours or project-based work, especially for creative roles in game development. It would boost morale and innovation.

Culture's a bit rough, but the work is solid
Pros: The actual game development projects are pretty cool for a Software Engineer. We get to work on some cutting-edge gaming technology, which is a huge plus. The WFH flexibility is also decent when you need it.
Cons: The company culture here can be tough. There's often a lack of clear communication from leadership, making it feel pretty corporate. How connected do you feel to your team in the San Francisco office? Not very, honestly.
Advice to Management: Really focus on improving communication and fostering a more inclusive environment. The "Global Play Hub" name implies collaboration, but it doesn't always feel that way. Invest in team-building for our Software Engineer roles.
