Pros: You get a pretty consistent schedule here, which is good for planning. As a Kitchen Staff member, my shifts were always fixed, so I knew exactly when I'd be working. It's stable onsite work if you like routine.
Cons: But there's almost no flexibility. Swapping shifts is super tough, and you can't really change your availability much after you start. Definitely no remote options for this role, which isn't a surprise, but still tough.
Advice to Management: Management could really improve by allowing easier shift swaps or giving a bit more notice for schedule changes. It would make a big difference for the Kitchen Staff and reduce burnout.
