Pros: It's a global corporate so there's decent job security, especially as an automotive supplier. The benefits are solid for the industry here, and you're mostly working fixed hours.
Cons: Work flexibility is almost non-existent for Manufacturing Engineer roles. You're expected onsite every day in the Ningbo office, pretty much no exceptions. There aren't really any hybrid or WFH options available, which makes things tough.
Advice to Management: Consider offering some hybrid options for roles that don't require constant floor presence. It would really help with employee morale and modernizing the workplace. The current onsite work model can be a real deterrent.
