Okay Pay for Manufacturing, Benefits Are Fine

Pros: The medical benefits here are pretty decent, and you get enough annual leave. Working in acrylic sign manufacturing means there's always something to do, and the team for material handling usually works well together.
Cons: Honestly, the pay for a Production Assistant in Kuala Lumpur isn't great. Raises don't really keep up, and getting proper overtime payouts can be a bit of a fight. It makes the overall pay and benefit feel weak.
