Lead Developer
Location & Schedule: Makati City | Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Night Shift
Role Summary In this role, you are responsible for guiding the technical direction of software development initiatives, managing a team of developers, and designing robust, scalable applications. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's high standards of quality and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of software applications and internal platforms.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior and mid-level developers to maintain high coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders to define project scope and technical requirements.
- Architect scalable, secure system infrastructures and optimize application performance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and implement effective, long-term solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer, Senior Developer, or in a similar technical leadership capacity.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, React, Angular, or Node.js depending on the firm's specific tech stack).
- Extensive experience with database management systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced onsite environment.
