Back-End Developer

- Schedule: Monday to Friday Hybrid Set up, Night Shift
In This Role, You Are Responsible For:
As a Back-End Developer, you will design, build, and maintain the server-side logic, databases, and core application programming interfaces (APIs) that power the firm's internal platforms and digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with front-end teams and system architects to ensure secure, high-performing, and seamlessly integrated software infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure server-side logic and database structures.
- Development, testing, and deployment of clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code.
- Creation and integration of secure APIs and web services to support front-end and third-party systems.
- Performance optimization of backend services to manage high data volumes and minimize latency.
- Identification, troubleshooting, and debugging of system issues to maintain continuous operational stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong expertise in database management systems, including both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Solid understanding of API design principles, RESTful services, and modern security protocols.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control tools like Git.
