Pros: The support system for new financial advisors is pretty decent. You get a lot of hands-on training for the financial services industry. Being onsite in the Singapore office means easy collaboration.
Cons: The company culture can feel very high-pressure and sales-driven. There's not much emphasis on work-life balance for junior roles. It's tough to build a real community beyond just sales targets.
Advice to Management: Try to foster a more supportive, less purely sales-driven culture. Focus on team building activities not just tied to targets.
