Pros: I've met some genuinely great people here, especially within my sales team. The camaraderie among us in the Chicago office is strong, which is awesome. They also have good benefits, which is a big plus for a corporate company like this in the spirits industry.
Cons: The overall company culture, though, can be pretty bureaucratic. Innovation feels slow, and sometimes there's a disconnect between leadership and ground-level sales reps. It's not always easy to get new ideas heard.
Advice to Management: Listen more to the front-line teams, especially those in sales, about market trends and operational improvements. Encourage more bottom-up ideas to truly modernize the culture.
