MLB is Decent, but Very Traditional
Pros: Working at Major League Baseball, especially in the New York office, is a dream if you love baseball. You get some sweet perks, like event access, which is a huge bonus for corporate staff.
Cons: The culture can feel pretty old-school. Things move slowly, and it's tough to bring new ideas to the table, especially as a data analyst. Innovation isn't really a priority here.
Advice to Management: Embrace more modern tech and agile practices. Encourage new ideas from younger employees and really listen to their feedback.
