Pros: I got to work on diverse design projects, which was cool for building my portfolio. As a Graphic Designer, you get direct client exposure early on, a big plus for a junior role. The team is generally supportive, especially if you're new to the digital marketing agency scene.
Cons: Career growth here is tough. There aren't many senior positions, so upward mobility feels capped pretty quickly. I felt like I hit a ceiling after about a year and a half, with no clear path for skill development or promotion in the Singapore office.
Advice to Management: Management should create more structured career development plans for employees, especially for creative roles. Defining clear paths for promotion and skill acquisition would really help with retention in the Singapore office.
