Pros: They offer pretty solid benefits, especially for health insurance. As a Field Service Technician, you usually get a company vehicle, which is great. Some weeks, if there aren't too many urgent calls, the work hours are actually quite reasonable in Belo Horizonte.
Cons: But the work-life balance here can be really tough for Field Service Technician roles. Emergencies with heavy machinery mean long, unpredictable hours. It's common to work weekends or late nights with little notice in this corporate environment.
Advice to Management: Management should really look at staffing levels for Field Service Technicians. More people could help distribute the emergency calls and reduce burnout for those of us on the front lines.
