Pros: As a Recruitment Consultant, you learn a ton about the iGaming industry really fast. There's good initial training for new joiners, and you get client exposure quickly in the London office. It's a solid place to get your foot in the door.
Cons: Beyond the initial learning curve, actual career growth isn't super clear. Promotions feel pretty slow, and there aren't many defined paths for moving up past senior consultant. You can feel a bit stuck after a couple of years.
Advice to Management: Establish clearer, more transparent career paths and opportunities for internal advancement. It would really help with retention for senior team members.

Pros: I've had pretty decent flexible hours as a Recruitment Consultant here. Being remote from Dublin really helped my work-life balance. They trust you to manage your time, which is a big plus in this industry.
Cons: But sometimes 'flexible' just means working late at night. It's hard to truly log off when you're in the busy iGaming industry. The actual policy isn't always super clear, which can be frustrating.
Advice to Management: Make the flexible work policy clearer for everyone. Support managers in promoting genuine work-life balance, not just extended hours.

Pros: The base salary for a Recruitment Consultant here is competitive, especially for gaming recruitment roles. If you're consistently hitting your targets, the commission structure means you can earn really well. It's a solid part of the compensation package.
Cons: Beyond the core pay, the actual benefits aren't super generous. There aren't many extra perks or much in terms of retirement contributions. For a mid-sized agency in the London office, I think they could offer more.
Advice to Management: Review the benefits package to include more competitive perks and better retirement options. It would help attract and retain top talent in the IT staffing industry.
