Okay for a Start, But Growth is Slow
Pros: You'll get solid experience working with hospitality data and specific market research tools. It's a good spot to learn foundational data analytics skills as a junior Data Analyst. The hybrid work model in the Nashville office is also a definite plus.
Cons: Career progression for data roles feels really stalled after a couple of years here. There aren't many opportunities for advanced data analyst work or moving into leadership without leaving the company. You often feel stuck doing the same basic tasks.
Advice to Management: Create clearer promotion paths for analytics professionals. Offer more internal training for advanced skills beyond entry-level hospitality data processing. Invest in retaining experienced Data Analysts.
