Pay's Okay, Benefits Are Decent Here
Pros: As an Associate Marketing Executive, the healthcare benefits are actually quite good, including dental. We also get pretty solid annual leave, which helps with work-life balance. It's a secure job in the social gaming industry.
Cons: The base salary for marketing roles isn't super competitive compared to other corporate jobs in Singapore. Don't expect huge bonuses, they're pretty average, even with good performance. Salary progression can feel a bit slow.
Advice to Management: Review the salary bands for entry-level and mid-level marketing positions to stay competitive. Attracting top talent for the evolving social gaming landscape requires better compensation.

Stable Job, Slower Career Growth Pace
Pros: The job security here is really strong, which is great for peace of mind. As an Operations Executive in the lottery industry, you get decent benefits and a steady paycheck. It's a solid, government-linked company with a predictable corporate environment.
Cons: Career progression can feel pretty slow, sometimes even stagnant for certain positions. There aren't many clear paths for upward mobility, especially if you're looking for fast advancement beyond your initial role. Don't expect huge jumps or quick promotions in gaming operations roles.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into creating more defined career paths and opportunities for internal promotions. It would help a lot with employee retention and morale if people felt there was more room to grow within the organization.
