You occasionally hit busy periods, which is expected in finance, but it means longer hours. Also, internal communication could be a bit more transparent at times to help everyone stay aligned.

Pros: The hybrid model is a solid start; we can do a few days WFH. This helps with the commute to the Singapore office, which is a plus. Some teams are pretty understanding about personal appointments.
Cons: True work flexibility isn't really consistent across all departments for Analyst roles. It often depends heavily on your manager, which creates a bit of an uneven playing field. You still feel pressure to be onsite for many things.
