E-Bridge Pre-School, a member of EtonHouse International Education Group, was launched in 2014 under the Singapore Government’s Anchor Operator (AOP) Scheme. E-Bridge is founded on the belief that good quality early years education improves the lives of children, families, and the larger community.
Over the years, we have established ourselves as a reliable provider of high-quality and affordable early childhood services in Singapore. E-Bridge offers a programme that is engaging and holistic, built upon a foundation of respected research into young children’s learning and acknowledged best pedagogical practice. E-Bridge also adopts high standards of practice with its quality assurance framework.
Our E-Bridge educators have access to a thorough and intensive training and professional development programme supported by an in-house team of pedagogues and EtonHouse. Pros: As an Early Childhood Educator here, job security is actually quite good. There's a steady demand for early childhood educators in Singapore, so I never really worried about layoffs. It's a stable gig in the pre-school industry.
Cons: Growth can feel a bit slow, so while the job is secure, moving up isn't always fast. Contract renewals are standard, which is fine, but it doesn't always feel like a long-term 'forever' role.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer pathways for career advancement within the company. It would help retain good talent if there were more defined opportunities for educators to grow beyond their current roles.
