review and is evolving.
Pros: As a Software Engineer, the work itself is often interesting developing maritime IT solutions. The immediate team in the Liverpool office is generally supportive and easy to work with.
Cons: Leadership can be inconsistent, sometimes it feels like there's no clear direction for product development. Senior management often makes decisions without enough input from the engineering team, which causes a lot of rework.
Advice to Management: Management should involve technical teams more in strategic decisions about product roadmap. Better communication and a clearer vision would really help everyone.
