Pros: You'll find some genuinely good people here, especially within the Singapore office team. It's rewarding to work in solar energy project development, knowing you're contributing to something important.
Cons: Internal communication can be really tough, especially across the different regional teams. There's also not enough recognition for Project Manager roles, which can really impact morale over time.
Advice to Management: Please work on clearer communication channels, especially between different regional offices. Also, recognize Project Managers more often for their efforts in delivering key solar energy projects.
