Pros: There's a solid hybrid work option for Course Coordinator roles, letting you WFH a couple days a week. It's helpful for managing personal appointments, especially in the Singapore office. I appreciate not having to commute every single day.
Cons: While they offer hybrid, the actual flexible hours are pretty limited. Managers sometimes push back on adjusting start/end times even for minor things. For a public service sector organization, it could definitely be more progressive.
Advice to Management: Trust your employees more with actual flexible hours, not just hybrid work. Give us autonomy in the learning and development space to schedule our time better.
