Pros: The team is awesome and really collaborative in the Ho Chi Minh City office. If you're new to digital health, you'll pick up a lot about content strategy. Plus, the hybrid work setup was pretty convenient.
Cons: Career growth for a Digital Marketing Specialist is almost non-existent. There's just no clear path for promotions or any real skill development. I felt like I hit a wall after a year, which is a bummer for a startup.
Advice to Management: Really need to set up clear career paths for roles like Digital Marketing Specialist. Invest in employee development and internal promotions to keep good people.

Cons: The leadership team at this health tech startup can be inconsistent. There's often a lack of clear direction from the top, which impacts projects for us Digital Content Creators. Decisions feel a bit reactive sometimes in the Ho Chi Minh City office.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating a consistent strategy. Communicate goals clearly and frequently so teams like ours know where we're headed.
