Pros: I've really enjoyed my time here as a Solutions Architect. The teams are incredibly supportive, and there are always opportunities to learn new technologies in the IT services industry. It's a pretty stable environment, which is great for career development. We have a good hybrid work model in Singapore too, offering flexibility.
Cons: Sometimes the promotion process can feel a bit slow, and during peak project deadlines, it definitely gets busy. Communication could be a touch clearer between some departments, but overall, it's manageable and not a deal-breaker.
Advice to Management: Consider streamlining the promotion pathways and improving cross-departmental communication to further enhance employee experience and efficiency.

Pros: The hybrid work model is a big plus here. As a Solutions Architect, I could mostly work from home, only needing to go to the Singapore office a couple of times a week. It really helps with work-life balance in the IT services industry.
Cons: Sometimes the onsite client meetings disrupt the flow, even with the hybrid setup. There isn't always great clarity on when you *must* be in the office, which can be annoying.
Advice to Management: Clearer guidelines on mandatory in-office days would be helpful for all employees.

Pros: They do offer a hybrid model which is a solid plus, letting you WFH a couple of days a week. For an IT consulting firm, that's pretty decent. It really helps with the Singapore commute sometimes.
Cons: However, it's not truly flexible; you can't just pick your days easily. There's often pressure to be in the Singapore office more, especially for client projects. As a Systems Engineer, you frequently need to be onsite.
Advice to Management: Management should clearly define the hybrid policy and stick to it without constant changes. Give Systems Engineers more autonomy where possible for WFH days.
