Pros: I got to work on some genuinely interesting architectural art projects here. Seeing the glass art fabrication from concept to installation was really cool. The team in the Singapore office is pretty tight-knit and supportive.
Cons: However, career growth for junior graphic designer roles is pretty slow. It's a smaller, family-owned company, so defined promotion paths aren't really there. You kinda just figure things out on your own for skill development.
Advice to Management: Establish clearer career paths and offer more structured training for design roles. A formal mentorship program would really help newer staff grow their skills within the company.
