Pros: It's a pretty stable place if you're a long-timer here. They don't do crazy layoffs often, which is nice. For senior engineering roles, you feel pretty safe; projects usually have long lifecycles in the San Francisco office.
Cons: Junior staff or contract workers don't have that same job security. Reorgs sometimes shake things up unexpectedly. There's not much transparency about future projects, so it's tough to know what's coming next for your team.
