Pros: The base salary as a Marine Systems Engineer is pretty decent for the Hull area. It's a solid salary for a specialized marine tech company, making it financially stable.
Cons: The healthcare benefits are just average, nothing special. I don't think the bonus structure for engineering roles is very clear or competitive. It's not the best overall pay and benefit package I've seen in the industry.
