Cons: Career growth here is pretty slow. As a Research Scientist, I didn't see many paths for advancement beyond my current role. There's not much structured mentorship for career progression.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into creating clearer career paths, especially for those in biotech roles like research and development. It'd help a lot with retention if there were more chances for internal promotion.
