At The Pique Lab, we’re on a mission to create the best Science & Math learning experience for students aged 9 to 16 in Singapore. Our lessons are meticulously crafted based on pedagogical research, data-driven methodologies and have one overarching goal: to make learning fun, shorten learning curves and help students develop a genuine appreciation for Science & Math.
Over the past decade, we've grown from a pair of co-founders to a diverse team of over 100 team members across 17 teams. Our proprietary learning methodology and examination-centric materials have helped more than 20,000 students ace their examinations.
Our headquarters is in Singapore, with additional offices in China, the Philippines and Malaysia. We take pride in our open, fast-paced and flat organisational structure where every team member is valued for their skills and competencies, not just their job titles.

Pros: I've really enjoyed my time as an Education Coordinator at this education company. The team here is incredibly supportive, and I've learned a ton about curriculum development and student engagement. It's a stable environment, which is great, and there are solid learning opportunities to help you develop your professional skills. The pay and benefits package is competitive for the industry, which is a big plus.
Cons: While it's mostly good, the promotion process can feel a bit slow at times, especially when you're keen to move up. Also, being in the education industry, there are definitely occasional busy periods, particularly around exam seasons, which can impact work-life balance briefly. Communication sometimes needs a bit of a push, but overall, these are minor points.
Advice to Management: Continue to foster internal communication channels and consider reviewing career progression paths to ensure employees feel recognized and have clear opportunities for advancement.
