Pros: As a Legal Associate, the base salary for corporate law in the Singapore office is pretty decent. They also offer solid health benefits, which is a big plus. It's a stable firm overall.
Cons: Bonuses aren't great here; they just don't reflect all the extra hours. Overtime pay isn't really a thing for most positions. The actual hourly rate feels super low because of the workload.
Advice to Management: Re-evaluate junior associate compensation and bonus structures. It needs to better reflect the intense workload and hours expected, especially in the corporate law practice.

What is the working culture like at WongPartnership LLP, particularly for junior associates in Singapore's competitive legal industry?
WongPartnership LLP fosters a demanding yet collaborative environment, common in large Singaporean law firms. Junior associates can expect mentorship opportunities and exposure to complex cases, but should be prepared for a fast-paced, high-expectation setting.
