We do that by offering state of the art B2B outbound lead generation services and by focussing on the early stages of a sales cycle to significantly grow the top of our clients' sales funnel. Typically our clients outsource to us the sales development representative services allowing their sales reps to focus on accelerating their sales cycle and closing deals rather than prospecting which is time-consuming. We believe that expanding our clients’ business requires not only in-depth knowledge but also hands-on execution. The aim is to function as an extension of our clients, making it convenient for them to develop their business.

Pros: As a Business Development Manager, I've had decent exposure to the Asia market and learned a lot about client acquisition. The startup environment means you wear many hats, which can be good for general skill building and understanding different parts of the business.
Cons: Career growth here for individual contributor roles feels pretty flat after a certain point. There's not a clear path for advancement, especially for senior Business Development roles without management opportunities opening up. It's tough if you're looking for structured upward mobility within the company.
Advice to Management: Management should really focus on creating clearer career pathways and professional development programs for non-management staff. It'd help a lot with retention for the Business Development team and other key roles.
