Culture is Decent, Some Growing Pains Here
Pros: People are generally pretty nice and supportive. I found good folks to work with, especially within my immediate team. The hybrid model for a mid-sized tech company in Seattle is a solid perk, letting you connect in person but also work from home.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit disjointed sometimes. It's hard to get a real sense of unity across the whole organization, which isn't ideal for a Software Engineer looking for a strong community. Communication from leadership often misses the mark.
Advice to Management: Work on making the culture feel more unified. Really try to connect teams better, especially with the hybrid setup. Clearer communication from the top would help a lot.

Good Team Leads, Upper Management Needs Work
Pros: My direct managers were usually solid. They supported us well in our Software Engineer roles. There's a decent sense of camaraderie among the teams in the Seattle office.
Cons: The senior leadership team can feel pretty disconnected. It's tough to get clear decisions for big HealthTech projects. Transparency isn't their strong suit.
Advice to Management: Work on improving communication from the top down. Be more transparent with company goals and project changes for HealthTech initiatives.
