Pros: You get to work with some really smart people in the logistics department. The benefits package is pretty solid, and the health insurance is decent for a corporate setting.
Cons: Work-life balance is tough; it's common for supply chain roles to have long hours. Even with the hybrid work model, I often felt chained to my desk past 5 PM. It's not always a standard 40-hour week.
Advice to Management: Really look at the workload for front-line supply chain roles. We need better staffing or more efficient processes to prevent burnout.
