Pros: The team camaraderie is solid. Everyone on the ground, especially in creative roles, genuinely helps each other out. We got to work on some cool independent film production projects too.
Cons: Upper management often feels out of touch. Decisions get made without understanding the daily grind, especially for us as Production Coordinators. There's not much clear direction or vision from the top, which impacts project timelines.
Advice to Management: Listen to your teams on the ground. Understand the practical implications of your decisions. More transparency and a clearer vision would help everyone.
