Pros: The job security is pretty good, especially with steady demand for aircraft parts. It's a solid corporate environment with decent benefits, and you get good exposure to the aviation supply chain.
Cons: For a Logistics Coordinator, there just isn't much upward movement. Career growth feels pretty stalled in the Miramar, FL office. It's tough to find new opportunities internally, and you often feel stuck.
Advice to Management: Try to create clearer career paths for individual contributor roles. It'd help a lot with retention if people felt like there was somewhere to go besides just management.
