Pros: You set your own hours as a property agent here, which is great for personal appointments. There's good potential for high commission if you're good at closing deals in the Singapore real estate market. WFH is standard since you're mostly out meeting clients anyway.
Cons: Work-life balance is pretty much on you, meaning it's easy to get sucked into working constantly. Weekends and evenings are often busy with client viewings or negotiations. It's a 24/7 hustle if you want to hit serious sales targets.
Advice to Management: Recognize the pressure on agents to constantly perform and maybe offer more structured support for new property agents to avoid burnout.

Pros: The company culture is pretty supportive; team leaders usually help new Real Estate Agents get started. There's solid training for property sales and a huge network of listings in the Singapore market. You'll definitely learn a lot.
Cons: It's a tough, commission-based role, so job security isn't really a thing. You're basically always working, which hurts work-life balance for agents. The leadership quality varies a lot depending on your specific team.
Advice to Management: Keep fostering that team support, it really helps the newer property agents. Maybe look into more programs for work-life balance, even if it's a competitive field.
