Leadership has good intentions, but execution varies.
Pros: You learn a lot from the senior technical team, especially in advanced threat detection. It's a true cybersecurity startup, so you get to work on new, interesting problems. The general team energy is positive, and there's a decent push for innovation.
Cons: Management often changes direction, making planning tough for security analyst roles. This constant pivoting can feel a bit unguided. Sometimes leadership overpromises clients, which then puts a lot of pressure on the engineering teams. Decision-making can also be slow for a company of this size.
Advice to Management: Try to set a clearer vision and stick to it for a while. Improve communication on big strategic shifts so the teams understand the 'why'. Also, be realistic with client expectations to avoid burning out your technical staff.

Okay for a startup, but keep an eye out.
Pros: The work is pretty interesting. You get to learn a lot about different cybersecurity solutions and incident response, which is great for career development. The team is supportive and I gained good experience.
Cons: Job security feels a bit shaky sometimes, especially for junior Security Analyst roles. The startup environment means things can change fast, and there's not always a clear long-term plan from management in the Singapore office. It can be stressful when project scope changes suddenly.
Advice to Management: Try to communicate more clearly about company direction and growth plans. It would help a lot with employee retention and overall morale, especially when things feel uncertain. Clearer pathways for cybersecurity roles would be a plus.
