Great Place to Grow as an Early Childhood Educator
Pros: I really value the clear path for professional development here. As an Early Childhood Educator, I've had access to great training and workshops, really boosting my skills and career growth. The team is supportive, and the work of impacting children's lives is incredibly rewarding daily.
Cons: The administrative tasks can sometimes pile up, taking time away from teaching. While there are opportunities, the promotion process for teachers feels a bit slower than I'd like, which could be streamlined.
Advice to Management: Streamline the promotion process and look into ways to reduce administrative burdens for educators, allowing more focus on direct teaching and student interaction.

Good Stability for Early Childhood Educators
Pros: You really feel secure here. As an Early Childhood Educator, there's always demand in the childcare sector across Singapore. It's a big, established company, so job security is quite solid, which is a huge plus.
Cons: While job security is good, career growth for preschool teacher roles can feel a bit slow sometimes. The pay for teachers could definitely be better, especially with the long hours spent onsite. Work-life balance can also be a challenge.
Advice to Management: Focus more on professional development pathways for experienced educators and review teacher salaries to match the demanding work. Better support for work-life balance would also help retain staff.

Okay Pay, Benefits Could Be Better
Pros: For a Preschool Teacher, the base salary is decent, especially for new graduates starting in Singapore. The medical benefits are pretty standard, not amazing but they're there. You do get some decent leave days too, which is a plus for work-life balance.
Cons: The pay increases are really slow, it's tough to see significant growth year-to-year. Doesn't feel like the pay matches the workload in the early childhood education sector. Bonuses aren't great either.
Advice to Management: Management should seriously look into better compensation packages and clearer pathways for salary progression for their Preschool Teachers. It would help with retention a lot, especially considering the demanding nature of the job.
