Pros: I appreciate the hybrid work model here. Being able to work from home a few days helps with commuting in Singapore. It's a decent setup for software engineer roles.
Cons: The flexibility really depends on your manager though. Some teams were much stricter about onsite days. It wasn't always consistent across all product development teams.
Advice to Management: Try to make the hybrid work policy more uniform. It feels unfair when flexibility isn't consistent.

Pros: I gotta say, the stability here is solid. You feel part of a big, established company in the consumer electronics space. There's a decent sense of camaraderie among the teams in the Singapore office, and people generally help each other out.
Cons: The corporate environment can be really slow sometimes. Decision-making is tough; it feels like things take ages to get approved. As a Product Marketing Specialist, I often felt processes were a bit outdated, not always agile enough for current product launches. It's an onsite work vibe, so don't expect much flexibility.
Advice to Management: Try to embrace more agile methods, especially for product launches. Empower teams a bit more; it'd speed things up for roles like Product Marketing Specialist. Modernize the corporate environment a bit to attract younger talent.
