Pros: It's awesome to work for a philanthropic organization; everyone truly believes in the social impact initiatives. The team in the Singapore office is usually very supportive and committed. You feel like your work actually matters.
Cons: The company culture is pretty hierarchical, which can be tough. Innovation isn't always encouraged for Program Manager roles, making it hard to suggest new ways of doing things. It feels very corporate at times.
Advice to Management: Try to loosen up the corporate structure a bit. Empower your Program Manager roles with more autonomy to drive new social impact initiatives. A more open culture would help everyone.
