Pros: My direct managers in the digital media team were pretty supportive. I learned a ton about influencer marketing and content production while working onsite in the Ho Chi Minh City office. It's a decent place to get industry experience.
Cons: Senior leadership often seems to lack a clear, consistent strategy for the Vietnamese media group. Decisions for new digital marketing campaigns can feel rushed, and there isn't much transparency about the company's future direction.
Advice to Management: Senior management needs to improve communication and set a clearer, more stable strategic direction for the digital media and entertainment industry segments. This would really help teams like ours.
