I've found a very supportive team and lots of learning opportunities, especially in property development. It's a stable environment, and I feel like I'm building solid skills and understanding of different project phases. Great for professional development.
Cons: Promotions can be slow, you really have to push for career advancement. Also, there are definitely intense periods with heavy workloads that can test your work-life balance, but it usually evens out.
