Property Analyst

Good place to learn and grow in property development
Pros: Working here as a Property Analyst in the real estate industry has been a good experience. I've found a very supportive team and lots of learning opportunities, especially in property development. It's a stable environment, and I feel like I'm building solid skills and understanding of different project phases. Great for professional development.
Cons: Promotions can be slow, you really have to push for career advancement. Also, there are definitely intense periods with heavy workloads that can test your work-life balance, but it usually evens out.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating clearer paths for career advancement and explore strategies to better balance project workloads during peak times.

Okay for experience, not much growth
Pros: It's a stable company, good if you want to learn the basics in the property development industry. You get decent exposure to different projects and work closely with teams onsite. Pay for a Marketing Executive is okay, not great.
Cons: Career progression here is really slow. There's not much room to move up, even with good performance. Training opportunities aren't very frequent, so skill development is mostly on you.
Advice to Management: Management should invest more in career pathing and regular training programs. It'd help keep good talent.

Property Development Manager

Decent for real estate, but pretty old-school.
Pros: The team in the Singapore office is generally supportive, which is a big plus. There's a certain stability being part of such a large, corporate property market player. You feel pretty secure as a Property Development Manager here.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit stuck in the past; innovation isn't really a priority. It's a very top-down structure, and getting new ideas approved can be tough. There's not much work flexibility either, it's pretty much all onsite.
Advice to Management: Try to embrace new technologies and listen more to junior and mid-level staff. Encourage more open discussion and modern approaches to the real estate development process.
